At High Halstow Primary Academy , we have been really focusing on our love of reading and engagement of books and stories.
In Module 5, we have been taking part in some reading competitions and challenges. Firstly, we have enjoyed a ‘Book Face’ activity, where we have been matching our faces to our favourite reads. At the end of this module, we will have completed a reading challenge, with the winner of each class receiving a £10 Amazon voucher.
Children at High Halstow also have access to the Library weekly- which encourages them to choose their own books and enjoy them at home.
